A polar fleece liner, which doubles as a jacket itself, allows the Parka to go from your light weight rain gear in the summer to your cold weather gear in the winter, giving you maximum flexibility. A complete 2” silver 3M Scotchlite® reflective trim package ensures visibility in even the lowest light situations.
