GPS Giveaway ends on December 31, 2009.
1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Participants enter for a chance to win monthly GPS Giveaway. When a participant submits a completed official Lakeland GPS Giveaway Form via the web, the participant will be entered into the monthly GPS Giveaway Drawing. At the end of each month a GPS Prize winner will be randomly selected from the entries. The winner of each monthly GPS will be notified by phone or email. One entry per person. No purchase or transaction required to enter or win.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Lakeland’s GPS Giveaway Drawing is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of Lakeland Industries and its affiliates and subsidiaries, must be excluded from GPS Giveaway Drawings.
3. PRIZES
A random drawing will be held at the end of each month for one Garman 255W® GPS Unit.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Lakeland Industries shall be the sole judge of the Drawing and its decision shall be final.
Lakeland Industries reserves the right to make rule or Drawing changes without notice at any time. Lakeland Industries also reserves the right to change the aforementioned Drawing date without notice.
Odds of being a winner depend on total number of eligible entrants.
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
All entries become the property of Lakeland Industries. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Lakeland Industries reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and to select winners from among eligible entries legitimately received.
